Snow King Valley
Opened 1947, closed 1952. The rope tow would be passed on to
Granby's Frosty Basin.

Snow King Valley is on Arapahoe National Forest land southeast of Hot
Sulphur Springs. To view the site, go a half-mile east of the Grand County
Museum on Byers Avenue. (The street becomes the Cottonwood Road,
County Road 55.) The slopes of Snow King Valley will be on your right.
Note: the road in to Snow King is blocked summer and winter.
